Accessibility statement
How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our goal
Fast Wash Coweta wants everyone to be able to use this website. We build and check it against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we built in
- A "Skip to main content" link as the first item on every page for keyboard users.
- Every menu, button, slider and tab works with a keyboard, shows a clear focus outline, and closes with the Escape key.
- One main heading per page with headings in order, plus labeled page regions for screen readers.
- Text and button colors that meet AA contrast, and information that never depends on color alone.
- Descriptive text for every meaningful image.
- Form fields with visible labels and plain error messages that tell you how to fix them.
- Motion that stops when your device is set to reduce motion, and a Pause button on the moving photo strip.
- Layouts that work from small phones to large screens without sideways scrolling, and at 200% zoom.
Accessibility settings panel
The round blue button at the bottom left of every page opens accessibility settings. You can:
- Make text bigger, up to 145%.
- Turn on high contrast.
- Highlight every link.
- Switch to a plain, easy-to-read font.
- Add more space between lines, letters and words.
- Stop all animations.
- Use a big mouse cursor.
- Turn on a reading guide that follows your mouse.
Your choices are saved on your device, and Reset all turns everything back off. These settings add comfort on top of the accessible code; they do not replace it.
Known limits
- The Google map is provided by Google. If it is hard to use, the address and a Get directions link sit next to every map.
- Membership and gift card checkout run on WashConnect, an outside service we do not control.
